Personal information, which you provide to us

We process personal data, which you provide to us by yourself.

For example, if you order goods or services from us, we need information from you that is marked as mandatory in the ordering process, especially your name and surname, delivery address. If we did not have this information, we would not be able to deliver the goods to you correctly. Furthermore, for the purpose of selling goods or services, we need your e-mail address, to which we will send you an order confirmation, which also serves as a confirmation of the concluded purchase contract and a copy of the terms and conditions and the complaint procedure.

You can also fill in optional data when ordering goods or services. These help us to fulfill the concluded contract better and more efficiently. For example, when you filling in your phone number, we can send you information about the delivery of goods and similarly. You provide optional information to us voluntarily.

Subsequently, after the goods have been delivered to you, you may receive an e-mail message asking you to evaluate the purchased goods.

If you provide personal data of third parties to us, it is on your responsibility to inform the concerned person and also ensure their consent to these terms and conditions of privacy policy.   • Customer care: if you contact us with a question / problem, we must process your data to answer / resolve it. In some cases, personal data may also be transferred to a third party, such as a carrier.
  • User account: thanks to the personal information you provide to us in your user profile, you will have access to a number of useful functions, for example, if you provide your telephone number, we can easily inform you when your order will be delivered. You can change the data you enter at any time, except for the e-mail address used to access your user account.

In certain places, we display products that are directly for you and meet your needs and interests. Based on this legal reason, we mainly process invoicing and delivery data.

We also use your personal information to provide you with relevant content, that is, content that might of interest to you. Based on a legitimate interest, we process personal data in this way, which we process automatically and cookies.

Consent

We ask for your consent, if we need to verify your ability to pay for the goods we hand over to you, without paying the full purchase price for the goods in advance.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

In these cases, we pass on your personal data to third parties:

  • Payment for goods: If you select the “Online payment card” option when paying for goods, the credit card information which you provide with this form of payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. In the case of a deposit to the account by transfer order, the payment data is processed by Fiobanka, a.s.
  • Delivery of goods: the carrier of your choice would never be able to deliver the ordered goods to you if we did not provide him with information on where and to whom he should specifically deliver the goods. We will pass this information to the carrier according to how you fill it in the order. The data transferred in this way include in particular your name and surname, delivery address, telephone number at which the carrier can contact you and, if the goods have not been paid in advance, as well as the amount to be paid upon receipt of the goods. In relation to the personal data we provide to him, the carrier is entitled to process them only for the purpose of delivery of goods and then delete the personal data without delay.
  • Delivery of goods stored for us by the contractual partner: if you order goods from us that are in the warehouse of our contractual partner, we must pass your personal data to this contractual partner, which will complete the order. The data transferred in this way include in particular your name and surname, delivery address, telephone number at which the carrier can contact you and, if the goods have not been paid in advance, as well as the amount to be paid upon receipt of the goods. This contractual partner must then hand over the personal data to the carrier which will deliver the goods, otherwise the carrier would not be able to deliver the goods to you. Both the contractual partner who stores the goods for us and the carrier are obliged to use this personal data only for the purposes of storage / delivery of the goods in relation to the personal data we provide to them and then delete them immediately.
  • Public authorities: in case of enforcing our rights, your personal data may be passed on to a third party, such as a lawyer. If a legal system or a state authority, for example PZ SR, imposes an obligation on us to provide you with your personal data, we must do so.

The time during which we process your personal data

First of all, we will process your data for the entire duration of the contractual relationship between us.

In the case of processing of personal data for which consent has been granted, your personal data will generally be processed for a period of 7 years, or until such consent is revoked. We further point out that the personal data that are necessary for the proper provision of services, or for the fulfillment of all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from the contract between us or from generally binding legislation, we must process regardless of your consent for a period set by the relevant legislation or in accordance with them, for example in the case of tax documents, this period is at least 10 years.

We process data obtained through a user account or in another similar way for the period of using our services and usually 5 years after their cancellation. Subsequently, usually only basic identification data and information on the reason for which the user account has been canceled or data forming part of operational backups are stored for a reasonable period of time.

Recordings of telephone calls are stored for a short period of time, but not longer than for 1 year, if it is necessary for us to keep recordings for a longer period of time due to legitimate interest, for example in case of suspicion of data misuse, fraud and similarly.
